Terms and Conditions

HOUSE AND LAND PACKAGE

Images advertised are for illustrative purposes only. Photographs, elevations and floor plans may not be truly representative of final designs. Some fixtures, features and landscaping may not be supplied by the builder, please call the agent for full information. The land advertised in this package is not owned by B1 Homes and can be purchased directly from the Developer/Owner. The land may no longer be available at the time of your enquiry and may be sold by the owner without notice. B1 Homes may receive a marketing referral from the Developer/Owner of the land and this may or may not be credited towards the house and land package. B1 Homes have authority by the land owner to include the land price for demonstrational purposes only. B1 Homes works closely with the Developer and/or their Selling Agent and will gladly assist to offer a similar sized & priced lot and the package prices adjusted accordingly. The house design may vary to comply with design guidelines, DAP’s, estate covenants or any other land developer requirements. Any cost associations for the changes that might be needed will be paid for by the purchaser. A Lump Sum Build Contract (LSBC) contract will be entered into with B1 Homes for the home construction and site works, and a separate land contract must be entered into with the partnered developer as B1 Homes do not own the land.

 

HOUSE AND LAND PACKAGE PRICING

Home Loan applications are subject to lenders approval. This is a guide only and each application needs to be assessed to ensure it is in the best interest of the borrower and their circumstances. Repayments are based on the house and land package purchase price minus 6% deposit and $10,000 First Home Owners Grant. First Homers grant is subject to approval by Office of State Revenue WA. Loan Repayments are based on a principle and interest repayment First Home Owner loan on a 3 year Fixed Rate of 1.99% The interest rate is effective 01/02/2021 and is subject to change. Lenders Mortgage Insurance has been included, other fees & charges may be required.

The Comparison rate of 3.45% is calculated on the statutory assumption of a $150,000 loan over 25 years. Warning: This comparison rate is true only for the examples given and may not include all fees and charges. Different terms, fees or other loan amounts might result in a different comparison rate. B1 FULL CIRCLE

This offer is made on an informative basis only, Exclusions such as, but not limited to, Double Storey, Rear Strata, Complex Sites and other jobs deemed as “Non Standard” do apply. B1 Homes reserves the right to review validity of each component of the B1 Full Circle offer, upon submission and acceptance of the project. B1 Homes can discontinue or change the B1 Full Circle offer at any time. B1 Full Circle is available to new clients only, who have signed their Preliminary Plans Agreement on or after 1st September 2021 – No promotional offers or retail discounting will apply in conjunction with this offer. SINGLE PARENTS

Single Parents 2% Government Assisted scheme is subject to approval, Limited Spots do apply. Home Loan applications are subject to lenders approval. This is a guide only and each application needs to be assessed to ensure it is in the best interest of the borrower and their circumstances. Repayments are based on the house and land package purchase price of $399,900 minus 2% Deposit, being offset by First Home Owners Grant. First Homers grant is subject to approval by Office of State Revenue WA. Should First Home Owners Grant not apply, a Cash Deposit of $8000 is applicable. Loan Repayments are based on a principal and interest repayment First Home Owner loan at a variable rate of 3.13% The interest rate is effective 01/09/2021 and is subject to change. Lenders Mortgage Insurance is not applicable under the 2% Single Parents Scheme, other fees & charges may be required.

CREDIT DEFAULT, NO WORRIES

This offer is made on an informative basis, This offer is not available on all blocks of land, nor all floorplans. Default Removal Offer is for the removal only, it does not include a requirement to pay out the debt (If Required), Attempts to remove defaults are completed by an independent company, Real Credit Repairers, By accepting this offer, the client acknowledges and gives permission to B1 Homes to refer client information to Real Credit Repairers, for the purpose of default removal.  The customers intention to claim this offer must be made clear to & agreed by, the Sales Consultant at time of first enquiry. B1 Homes does not claim, nor imply, that a Default will be successfully removed. Should a client not proceed with B1 Homes, for whatever reason, and a cost for Default Removal has been incurred, the client will have liability for this expense in full, in addition to the usual costs incurred at time of a Preliminary Agreement being accepted by both parties. $2 DOUBLE-GLAZING

Applicable on all B1 Homes sold until 30th of September 2021, unless ends sooner. The promotion must be noted on Sales Paperwork at the time of purchase. This promotion is not available with any other B1 Homes offer, discount or able to be exchanged for other inclusions. Promotional price of $2 is based on a Base Model Standard Plan, available for sale on the current B1 Homes Price List & Excludes Wet Areas. Promotion does not include any additional changes which will impact Window or Door Size. Additional Charges will be incurred for changes to the Size or Profile of Windows or Doors.  Double Glazed Windows and Doors provided are as per GlassCo Metro Standard Specification. This promotion is not available with any other offer & cannot be substituted by the Sales Consultant or Customer in any way.
